This landmark event will bring together the top bridge players from the region, showcasing the strategic depth and competitive spirit of the game.

With less than 30 days remaining until the competition, Uganda is diligently preparing its top four players to represent the nation at this prestigious championship. The two pairs set to compete for Uganda are Mirembe Rebecca and Moni Justine, alongside Genza Joseph and Lubandi Alex. These players emerged as the highest-ranked competitors in the recently concluded National Bridge League.

Originally, Andrew Sebuufu was slated to be part of the Ugandan team, but due to Educational commitments, he has been replaced by Lubandi Alex. The team, now fully assembled, is focused on training and strategic preparation to ensure a strong performance in Nairobi.

The team is scheduled to depart from Kampala for Nairobi on 9th December 2024, eager to make their mark on the regional stage. As the countdown to the championship continues, the Ugandan team is determined to demonstrate their prowess and bring honor to their country.
